At-School Accident Plan – The Plan covers the participation in or attending of School-Sponsored Activities & Athletics while on or away from School premises during the regular School Term. It covers travel directly, uninterruptedly and under the direct supervision of a qualified adult School authority to or from a School-Sponsored activity in a designated vehicle furnished by the school. This plan excludes coverage for summer school activities and the practice and playing of High School Varsity Football.
24-Hour Accident Plan – This Plan provides the same coverage as the At-School Accident Plan plus 24-hour around the clock coverage (before school, after school, weekends, vacations, and summer school). This plan excludes coverage for the practice and playing of High School Varsity Football.

This is a Limited Benefit Policy Available for Students Participating in Varsity Football.
Football Accident Plan – The Plan covers any student practicing with or playing on the High School Varsity Football team during the regular School Term. The Plan provides coverage for both fall and spring semesters. It covers travel directly, uninterruptedly and under the direct supervision of a qualified adult School authority to or from a School-Sponsored Varsity Football activity in a designated vehicle furnished by the school. This Plan excludes coverage for off-season football scrimmages.
